Terms and Conditions

MyRustStorage is an independent Rust map and file-storage service made by Ionuț Shiro and operated under WeOxide Services. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Cookie and Refund policies.

Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans and extra storage are monthly recurring subscriptions, not one-time purchases. The displayed monthly amount renews until cancellation. Extra storage receives 20% off for 5–150 GB and 30% off from 200 GB through 1 TB. Applicable taxes are shown by the payment provider. Manage payment methods and cancellation from Billing. Already purchased access continues according to the paid term recorded on your account.

File retention and storage

The free plan provides 200 MB of temporary storage, with files deleted after 30 days. Paid uploads have no scheduled expiry while paid access is active. After paid access ends, a 30-day grace period applies before deletion under the file's retention policy; files with their own earlier expiry remain subject to it. Changing a download-link expiry does not change file retention. If usage exceeds capacity, new uploads are blocked. Keep independent backups: this is not an unlimited-capacity or loss-proof archive.

Ownership and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your uploads and must have permission to store and share them. Do not upload illegal content, malware, stolen maps or material that infringes others' rights. You are responsible for account credentials, sharing settings and backups. Anyone with a public link can download it; password protection and expiry do not recall copies already downloaded. Abuse may lead to access restrictions or removal.

License, availability and liability

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service. Our software, branding and designs remain proprietary to their respective owners. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hosting, network and third-party payment failures may occur. To the extent permitted by law, WeOxide Services is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or data loss. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds, contact and independence

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once charged, subject to our Refund Policy and mandatory law. Contact contact@myruststorage.com or Discord support for assistance. MyRustStorage is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios. Rust and related marks belong to their respective owners.
