Privacy Policy

WeOxide Services processes information needed to operate and secure MyRustStorage.

Information and purposes

We process account emails, names, hashed passwords, verification and recovery records, authenticator security data, uploaded files, filenames, sizes, folders, sharing settings, access counts, subscription identifiers, billing notices and administrative audit records. Connection information may be processed for security and rate limiting. We use this information to provide storage, downloads, account recovery, billing and abuse prevention. Card details are handled by Stripe or PayPal, not stored by MyRustStorage.

Storage, sharing and retention

Files are stored privately on our storage infrastructure and delivered according to your sharing settings. Public download links can be used by anyone who has the link. Hosting, email and payment providers process data needed to deliver the service and may process it in other countries. We do not sell personal data. Free uploads normally expire after 30 days; paid uploads remain while paid access is active, followed by the applicable grace period. Security, billing, backup and legal records may be retained longer where necessary.

Service emails and external services

Verification, recovery, security and failed-payment alerts are service emails. Discord and Ko-fi are external links, not embedded widgets; their own policies apply when you open them. Optional integrations, if enabled, may process connection information under the relevant provider's policy.

Your rights and security

Request access, correction or deletion of account data through contact@myruststorage.com, subject to identity verification and legal or fraud-prevention retention requirements. Access controls, password hashing and private storage reduce risk, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Keep independent backups and protect your account credentials.
