Refund and Chargeback Policy

MyRustStorage subscriptions and extra-storage packages are recurring digital-service purchases. The free temporary-storage plan lets you evaluate uploads and downloads before subscribing.

Refunds and cancellation

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, charges are final and non-refundable, including unused time, accidental renewal, failure to cancel before renewal or third-party hosting and network problems. Cancel through Billing or your payment provider to prevent future renewals. Cancelling does not itself issue a refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact contact@myruststorage.com with your account email, provider, date and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We will investigate verified duplicate or erroneous charges and correct them, including refunds where appropriate or required by law.

Disputes

Please contact support so we can investigate before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service restrictions and recovery of reasonable dispute costs where lawful. This does not restrict your right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized charge or exercise rights that cannot legally be waived.
